This pure, natural double-strength (2X) coconut extract will brighten and enhance recipes containing coconut, or add a nuance to recipes where only a hint of coconut is desired. Add to a Vanilla Bean Coconut Smoothie, iced latte, coconut pudding or ice cream. Add coconut extract to muffins, cookies or cake. Add 1 teaspoon of coconut extract to icings and frostings to turn a plain purchased pound cake or angel food cake into a tropical delight.
Ingredients: Sugar cane alcohol, purified water, natural coconut extractives, glycerin. No artificial flavors or preservatives added.
