Use our Almond Extract to add a warm, mellow, nutty flavor to baked goods like pies, pastries and European breakfast pastries or desserts, or add it to confections, frostings and fillings for a deeply rich finishing touch. If you are using almond flour, add a little pure almond extract to elicit a fuller almond flavor.
Ingredients: Alcohol, water, oil of bitter almond. No artificial flavors or preservatives added.

Our Almond Extract is allergen-free. It is not derived from the Oil of Bitter Almond itself, but from the pits of stone fruit which contain the exact flavor components as the Oil of Bitter Almond (without the cyanotic acid). Therefore, the extract does not contain nut proteins.
