Natural Vanilla Extract is a proprietary blend of pure vanilla extract and natural vanillin made from plants other than vanilla beans. There are no imitation ingredients in this product. It is a dark amber-colored extract containing all-natural flavoring components, having a characteristic vanilla aroma and flavor. It will maintain flavor for at least three years if stored in a cool, dark place.
Culinary Tips
Natural Vanilla Extract can be used just like pure vanilla extract for baking, cooking and flavoring beverages, condiments, etc. The flavor is very similar to pure vanilla extract, but has its own profile that emphasizes the natural vanillin rather than the full flavor spectrum of pure vanilla extract.
